this few days..just already hv a new modem w/ a logo Hebat Cepat Hemat.
from the first time buying it, we still doesnt trust the logo. we just know the closest BTS in this area is in UJ camp – tegalboto.

I got a new project, just 5 mill- budget plan for lab work. I’ve spend half of the budget for chemicals and lab tools. Sadly, I still cant work based on my research proposal since the main chemicals, the ammonium salts, doesnt come yet. However, my colleage suggested that I can use other catalyst 4 my synthesis reaction, PTC.
In fact, it’s hard 4 me 2 get the result because the reaction doesnt run smoothly. I’ve done 5 reactions, and got 3 suspensions (crystals ???). Though I only characterize them using a solution of ferri chloride, but I’m sure that I got a product in one of experiment.
Yesterday, 25th August
since the day before, he was boring with his face on his knee. I tried to talk with him. but it didn’t work. so I STOP. and keep silent ’till his big day come.
then last night, I tried to say something to him again. “happy birthday”. of course together with a box of gift and a bucket of love. cie… Yup. It worked. He smiled ~ covered, but still crunchy for me. hihi…Gotcha. we discussed where we should go for dinner. and the choice was Depot Mawar (Eng. Rose Restaurant) at Karimata (Eng. left eye oR only eye). each of us got a full of rice completed with a packet of Burung Dara spesial (Eng. special dove) and fruits. also a glass of tomato – melon juices. hm..it so yummy. and it made our baby wanted to join the food with us as well. hihi..

sometimes I feel everyone is underestimate my ability, and I am angry to that. though I just can yell in my heart. actually it’s not only my ability and knowledge that were in doubt, but my belonging as well. they look at me as I don’t have anything to be proud of. I don’t wanna show off and become bighead to everything I have, just wanna ask recognized status of something that actually I don’t know what it is. something that they doubt of.
Indeed, I feel save and happy with my weaknesses just only if people didn’t mention “it’s not you/yours” at their face. I never show any lack of respect to them. I always smile and say hello to them. though sometimes I bore with them (‘coz their unfriendly faces scare me alot).
oR may be I have to think in reverse system. “not to smile to them unless they do it first to me” ?. hihi..it’s so arrogant babe. No, is there any suggestion to this ?
Got a call from faculty on Wednesday. they told me that I have to attend a seminar related to my job status entitled: “Fasilitasi pemahaman jabatan fungsional dosen dan proses usul kenaikan jabatan/pangkat dosen bagi dosen muda di lingkungan Universitas Jember“. this function was held for 2 days, 7-8 August 2008.
presented by several speakers from Subbag Kepegawaian, this occasion was fun and interactive. So many useful information I can get from them. such as calculation of credit points. in the future, I have to be aware of the way on collecting credit points. I have some cases related to that. last time, I waste my remaining credit points. I don’t know if I can’t save the remaining of credit points for getting my first status as Asisten Ahli. However, I can do it for the following job status upgrading. Also, I lost my chance to get 15 credit points on education dan teaching segment because I refused to attend the internship in ITB.
Such kind of information is very useful for my career, not only about credit points for upgrading my status, but also for earning more salary. Thank to Subbag Kepegawaian for delivering those information to us.
